Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the No Bounds mobile application and website at nobounds.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Name] ("No Bounds," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use No Bounds. The Service includes relationship and optional health-related content (such as cycle tracking) intended for adult users.

You must have a valid Apple ID and compatible iPhone to use the iOS application.

You may create an account using email and password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account at support@nobounds.app.

No Bounds provides a shared space for exactly two connected partners. Pairing is invite-only: one partner creates an invite code or link, and the other joins by entering the code or opening the link on their iPhone.

There are no multi-couple or group spaces. Shared features require an active partner connection.

You may use the app in solo mode before pairing. Solo entries merge into the shared couple space when pairing completes.

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (photos, prompt answers, memories, habits, and other materials).

By submitting content, you grant No Bounds a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content to you and your paired partner as necessary to operate the Service.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others; upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to access another user's data without authorization; reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

No Bounds offers optional cycle tracking features. This feature is provided for informational and relationship-support purposes only.

Cycle tracking in No Bounds is NOT medical advice, NOT a contraceptive tool, and NOT a diagnostic tool. It is not connected to Apple HealthKit and does not use GPS or machine learning prediction in the current version.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health decisions, including contraception, fertility, and medical conditions.

Each partner controls their own cycle data and sharing permissions. You can instantly revoke cycle sharing without ending your couple connection.

The No Bounds name, logo, app design, and underlying technology are owned by No Bounds or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Your content remains yours, subject to the license granted above.

The core No Bounds experience is free today. Subscriptions and in-app purchases may be introduced in a future release. If and when offered, additional terms and pricing will be presented in the app and through Apple's App Store.

You may delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the deletion prompt. This permanently deletes your account and associated data.

If you are paired, deletion disconnects your partner and removes shared couple data. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email support@nobounds.app for assistance.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and some features marked as coming soon are not yet available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Bounds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [State/Country], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The legal entity name and governing jurisdiction placeholders will be updated by the owner before formal launch.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
